What is the Karpenisi Voucher?
The Karpenisi Voucher is a discount system created and agreed upon by the FMBB board and the Belgian Shepherd Club of Greece in order to avoid financial burden to all visitors and athletes attending the event.
What are my benefits of Karpenisi Voucher?
With the Karpenisi Voucher you will get discounts at hotel bookings, camping at site,ferry passage, restaurants ,shops in Karpenisi and car rental.
Why was the Karpenisi Voucher created?
As the organisers have noticed a rise in the prices in the city when the previous FMBB was held in the same area, they tried to find a safeproof system in order to have stable and reasonable prices for all guests with a discount.
As a result they managed to close a deal with a number of hotels that meet all the participants’ needs in a normal price so a list was created which also includes discounts in shops , taverns , sealine tickets , car rental .All these to make sure the visitors will have a pleasant stay.In this way all athletes and visitors will benefit!
Who can get the Karpenisi Voucher?
The Karpenisi Voucher is for FMBB 2025 competitors . Also, partners/guests can acquire it , if they book accommodation with this system.
How does the Karpenisi Voucher work?
When you book accommodation with us in the following email address glathiris72@yahoo.gr , the participant will get an ID number, in other words the Karpenisi voucher . When the ID number is provided, you must use it for following actions. The forms on the website will be requiring it. The code will be given manually and will be sent by e-mail. When you register in the FMBB catalogue you will be requested to fill in this ID number.Your registration will be completed with the ID confimation from us, the full payment of your accomodation and registration payment to FMBB. Please consider this when you plan your time to register or book your accommodation.
The ferry company will have the list of these ID numbers and will check if you are entitled to get a discount.
During the FMBB week, you have to show your voucher to restaurants and shops to get the discount. A list of local sponsors in Karpenisi will follow soon on this website.
In case you have booked accomodation outside this system ,you have to cancel it and follow the procedure through our booking system from the list or contact us so we can get in touch with the accomodation of preferance and if possible to include it in the list, so as to get the voucher ,which essential to have if you are to complete your registration, otherwise you will not be provided with one and your registration will not be completed .
